Lakewoods HOF Nomination Form and Criteria 2024

Lakewood High School 2024 Hall of Fame Nomination Criteria An athlete must qualify in at least three (3) of the following areas: 1. A high school All-American 2. All-State or on a State Championship team 3. Holder of a school record 4. Earned a college scholarship 5. Played a collegiate sport(s) 6. Pinellas County Player-of-the-Year 7. First or second team conference, county, or team MVP 8. Played a professional sport 9. Drafted by a professional team 10. Brought recognition to LwHS through accomplishments in areas other than their sport 11. A good sportsman or displayed good sportsmanship A coach must qualify in two (2) of the following area: 1. Should have a positive won/lost record 2. Coached a conference, district, regional, or state championship 3. Brought positive recognition to LwHS through accomplishments in areas other than their sport Notes: • A nominee must be a graduate of LwHS from the year 2013 or prior. • You can get your nomination form from LwHS in the front office or on the LwHS website. • A person is limited to two (2) nominations. • Nominations must be turned in by Dec. 15th, 2023. • Return nominations to Necole Tunsil in the main office at LwHS or by mail. • Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will be in the Lakewood Auditorium in Spring 2023 (TBD).
